"We came in to town to celebrate our grand kids birthdays. We wanted to stay somewhere close to them. This house was nice enough. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint is I wish there were more/bigger bath towels!"

"This townhome in Walden on Lake Conroe was a perfect location for our family getaway. The townhouse is clean and very spacious for all family members. The upstairs bathrooms are a little dated but work fine for teens and kids. The townhouse is in a convenient location near the marina and yacht club. We look forward to future stays in this townhome!"

"Check in was smooth and loved that there was a gift basket waiting for us. We had a great time. Security at the entrance to the neighborhood was very strict and made us roll down the back windows to prove who was in the car but other than that we had a great time"

"Perfect place to relax and have a great time. Nice home with plenty of space. The backyard up against the lake is great. Would definitely come back."

"The photos don’t do this rental justice! It is so cute and in a great area! You can see the lake from the big balcony. Beds super comfy and bathrooms very spacious! Highly recommend!"

"Great place to stay with a large family. We drove in for my son’s wedding, and had a wonderful time visiting. It was quiet, peaceful, and welcoming. "

"Overall a nice place. The beds could benefit from a thicker mattress or pillow topper. Also the interior spiral stairs were a little shakey."

"We are repeat renters, not taking anything from host, no fault there. There was spider webs all in the house. And still is, ceilings, lights, under the beds. I just think he needs to get a whole new cleaning crew. Or hire someone to check behind the cleaning crew before they leave. It is such a nice property to get bad reviews due to the cleaning issues. But because of the location of the property and the niceness of it we will continue to rent the property. House was very nice and pleasant....

"This home was perfect for our family of adult children and grandkids. One of our daughters was married nearby on Friday, so it was nice to relax the rest of the weekend. We used the pool and spa, used the pool table in the garage, watched football and cooked out on the grill... even made popcorn in the machine... this home had all of the amenities it advertised. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and/or needs we had. We would rent this home again for sure!"

"We loved this property! We rented this beautiful home because we were in town for a wedding. The home was beautiful, waterfront and in a nice neighborhood. It was stocked with anything we'd need and nicely decorated and very clean. Communication with the owner was timely and efficient. Highly, highly recommend!!! Thank you!"

"We stayed at the April Lake house for a sisters' weekend. The house was the cleanest VRBO property that we've rented. I enjoyed watching the thunderstorms roll in from the covered back porches. The community pool was also amazing. We grew pretty fond of the recliner couch for watching old movies. "

The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and was very pleasant when we delt with him. I would definitely stay here again. "
