"Excellent check-in. Staff were more than helpful and extremely courteous. However, the beds in our room were extremely low to the floor. My toilet at home stands taller. There is no ice machine on the first floor. One of the staff, Joy, was super happy to get us ice and delivered the ice to our room. Excellent service."

"This is a small lovely little hotel. It doesn't look like a hotel. It looks like a small country villa. The staff members are very nice and professional. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. When I arrived, I could not get my tv to work. The evening staff member came to my room and rebooted the cable unit and it worked perfectly afterward. It had a well equipped fitness room. I will definitely stay there again."

"comfortable mattress. good food and plenty of coffee for breakfast. staff was exceptional...helpful, smiling, greetings whenever we were coming in or out. we will use this hotel again."
