"The check in procedure and staff are always seamless and excellent. Though the price is always wonderful and our room always has good heat and very comfortable bed and needed supplies and extras when requested, the room is not very clean and we do an extra cleaning upon arrival. Other than room cleanliness, we always are thankful for our stay here."

"My husband, daughter & I came from WNC to Greeneville for a show at Niswonger and just needed a place to get away for a bit from the Helene aftermath that’s still very prevalent in our county. This house was so welcoming, clean and full of charm! Although short, the getaway has definitely refreshed us for another long week back home. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future! Thank you Wendy!"

"Alan was a great host! The cabin was extremely clean, and had so much space! The kids loved the fire pit and yard games and the stream! Kitchen was easy to cook in- at first it was hard with no service but was SO NICE to disconnect! We can wait to come back during warmer weather "

"Please see my previous review for more info.These are some extra details:The towels and sheets are all provided. There are also cleaning supplies that are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, both cooking and serving utensils, regular dishes and glasses as well as the paper plates and plastic cups. There are hand soaps at all of the sinks and even dishwasher pucks. Paper towels and toilet paper is also provided. There is also laundry...
