"We enjoyed our stay in this home! The pictures are accurate! Communication with the owners is good. Check in was simple. We were there in December and they had Christmas decorations up, even a tree! It was a very nice touch! The kitchen was especially well equipped which I really appreciated! The outdoor area was nice with the large yard, a fire pit and tether ball. "Very nice house with very comfortable back deck. It's not exactly on the river. I would say it was more of a river view, and with that said it's a very small view of the river below. The river is 50 to 75 yards away and you are looking through woods to see the water. You can hear water flowing over a short dam upstream from the house. "We rented the house for 6 days while visiting family from out of state. Perfect for a what we needed, so clean and smelled amazing. Very comfortable stay"

"Though the lake is lowered for dam repairs being on the water was great. We had a large group of family and friends and the home worked well for 30 people. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for cooking for our group. There were plenty of towels and they even provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The teens loved the ping-pong table and we made s'mores in the big fire pit and fished off the dock. The only cons I can think of would be that the air hockey table didn't function right...
