"I recently stayed at a hotel in the Orbi complex and had a great experience. The location is perfect — just a few steps from the sea, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony was amazing! "What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again."

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. "

"I got pretty surprised by the building itself. It was very smart to turn an old factory into a hubris complex. Coworking, hostel, restaurant, stores. It is really amazing. I’m a huge fan of reconstructed/destroyed/concrete architecture and this hostel goes exactly in this direction. Great lights design, rooms design is amazing and I even had a sound system (I booked the “flat”). People are nice and the service is great. It’s an amazing place to stay with friends, family, coworkers or, like me, solo. I loved Tbilisi and will definitely come back and stay at Fabrika again. "
