"We really enjoyed the house. It was clearly built early in the last century (pre-plywood) with hand sawn lumber, yet was still outfitted with all the modern amenities to make it comfortable. "

"A couple things I would change. I would put a fan somewhere to circulate air. There is air-conditioning tho. I would also put maybe a small privacy curtains on the the beds. Other then that I had a great experience. "

"Love old homes. The stay was perfect. The property could use some cleaning up. Outsde needs paint and old lumber needs to be removed. "

"We booked this house for a weekend so we could attend a family wedding near by. It was a wonderful property and we were very happy with our stay."

"The cabin is very clean, nice and exactly as described. Located a short drive from the interstate. The property is in the country but has blacktop all the way to the driveway rare in this area. Most other properties are on dusty gravel roads."

"A awesome place to stay if you want to do a little trail riding and sightseeing. Plenty of trails to ride right from the cabin without having to trailer anywhere. We will definitely be back."

"Set on a bluff with great views. The cabin was outstanding. Fun UTV trails in the area. "

"So many great things to say about this cabin! It’s got a great view all around, and it’s close to Mt Magazine and the national forest. It was so clean and cozy. We loved the recliner couch, the jacuzzi tub, the fire pit, and comfy bed. There were so many cute fall and extra touches throughout the cabin. The owners were super kind and put out solar lights to help us locate the driveway at night. If stairs are difficult for you, this cabin may not work for you. The ships ladder to the bedroom can...

"This property was perfect for our family of 5. I was comfortable, cozy and clean. We were visiting our son (U of A) and attended a football game. It was a short drive but very easy and convenient. We would definitely book again."

"It was a beautiful area and a great experience. The wagon was inviting and clean. We were fortunate enough to see lots of stars before it got cloudy. Needs outdoor lighting. Ensure you drive a vehicle that is a truck or SUV to be able to get up the driveway when leaving. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. The location was private, but not too far from the places we wanted to see. The cabin was super comfortable with everything we need to feel right at home. The host communicated well. We would recommend this place to others."

"Great cabin 15 min south of Fayetteville Take it slow on the gravel road to the cabin but what a great piece of property. We used 1 of the 5 cabins there , would be great for a few couples or families "

"The cabin was very nice and comfortable, just as described. All instructions for check in and out were clear with no questions on what to do. Very quiet and relaxing. Located in a great spot to be within easy driving distance of different waterfalls and hiking trails. Also a short easy 30 minute drive from town if you need supplies. Great place to stay!"

"What an amazing and clean place to stay. The deer would visit early morning and late afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs shower. Our daughter and her friend took the upstairs and my husband and I enjoyed the downstairs, well mostly the porch. If you're visiting Arkansas this is the place to stay. and the hot tub."

"Drive way is 2.7 miles down panther creek road drive is on left right before I think was the fifth bridge Big 🐓 metal in a fence ! Hard to find but was exactly what I was looking for!"
