"The hotel was excellent and set in a stunning location! The services were great, there is plenty to do and see. The staff were exceptional in all aspects and made our stay even better. "Disappointed with Expedia. I booked two nights here and I was asked by my company to stay an extra day so when I went to book an extra night in the apex I was shocked to learn it would cost me £160 per night without breakfast. The first two days I booked was £127 per night + £14 parking fee. So when I tried to book an extra night Expedia had bumped the price up to £160 per night . I checked and there were plenty of rooms available so there was no excuse . Absolute disgrace! "

"The hotel is close to zoo, so several buses to the city center are available at the bus stop just in front. It lies in a pleasant residencial neighbourhood. The breakfast is a matter of taste: good for the English standards maybe, but no papaia, no melon and no cheese. There is no self laundry and the nearest one is about 2 km, the same distance to a good Sainsbury supermarket."
