"It was everything I was hoping it would be. Super clean and location was perfect. Just enough out of town to feel like a getaway but close enough for all kinds of entertainment. We enjoyed the beaches, restaurants, shopping, a nice cruise of the bay and as a bonus there was a vintage car show that was pretty nice. It was a very nostalgic visit. It reminded me of staying at my grandparents cottage as a child. Thanks so much. Definitely making plans to return."

"Great location, quiet, secluded cabin only a few minutes from town and beginning of the tunnel of trees. There is a good restaurant and a gas station 2 minutes away. Stocked with many extras like games and firewood. Beds were comfy. Communication with John was quick and clear. Excellent value for the price!"

"We rented the lake house for a soccer tournament in Petoskey and it was absolutely wonderful! Tons of space and amenities… truly a great experience. The bunk beds and huge couch in the game/tv room were a big hit with the players. Grill worked fabulous as we cooked a ton of chicken and brats on it for a team bbq. This would be a great winter stay for skiers and snowboarders as Nubs Nob is just a quick drive away. Game room was fun when it was time to come back and the hot tub is very well maintained. "
