"House was as described and photos are a good representation of the property. Very remote on the East End of Grand Bahama. We visited during hurricane season and knew that weather might not be the best, but enjoyed our time very much. Rarely saw other people on the beaches (which we loved!) and felt ‘at home.’ Danny, the caretaker, was attentive and offered many options, checking in with us periodically to see if we needed anything. "This was a perfect place to stay and just what we were looking for. Away from the business. Only saw two people walk by whole week. Andrew was great and met us at car rental place and stopped at liquor and grocery stores on our way out. We for most part stayed on property and in that area. Place was just as advertised. Very up to date. Didn’t want for anything. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The kitchen wasn't as well appointed as it could have been. I brought my own sharp knives and was glad I did. There is no broiler pan, no sheet pan and the 2 left hand burners on the stove don't work. The beach was lovely. The location is good and the unit was nice. Plenty of towels. The laundry tokens cost $2 each, not $1.60 as told."

"Our family was absolutely elated with our stay here. The unit has everything you need for a fully enjoyable stay at Freeport and Grand Bahama. The property is beautiful, quiet, and surrounded by friendly visitors and residents. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. Katie (the owner) and Yvounger (local property manager) were always helpful and responsive."

"The property was comfortable. I loved its ocean setting and the outdoor tropical sitting areas. It was peaceful. The people in the facility were friendly and attentive to our questions. Bonus: The cost was the best in the area for a studio space. However my only complaint were the insects in the apartment. Too many. The owner should spray more. "

"From start to finish our time at the Penthouse Apartment on Bell Channel was perfect. The support from Lisa, Bruce and the Property Manager was superb. The home was clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, the bedding was so soft and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and more. We will certainly be back and our kids talk about how this was one of their most favorite vacations to date!"

"Mr. Bryan communicated with me before during and after our vacation. Very kind and honest. My family and I will definitely stay at this property again. Plenty of towels, beach towels, kitchen space, comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms, beach accessible, market nearby, private-like beach. "Quelle belle destination soleil. La plage et les plages des environs sont de toutes beautés. Grandes, propres avec sable fin. L'emplacement du condo est beau, très bien entretenu. Les gens sympathique vraiment tout était parfait. Il n'y a pas grand chose pour se promener à pied autour, une auto est nécessaire, c'est la seule raison que ma note n'est pas parfaite. Notre condo était tout à fait ok, mais situé sur une rue qui est parfois bruyante, un petit désavantage.Mais il a une belle vue tout...

"If you want to be on the beach and pay for it then this is the place for you. Other than the view it does not have much going for it. The furniture is old and dated, there was no where to sit on the balcony except for the wooden splintered picnic table. The locals we met were great and it was a very quiet community. Make sure you bring everything you need with you such as soap, shampoos t.p etc as very little if any are provided. The kitchen is really really small but it did have a good amount...
