"Enjoyed indoor pool and hot tub area! Did have some complaints about the room. When we arrived the room was not cleaned very well. There were crumbs all over the floor from previous guests and spilled food or drink on the wall by the headboard. Staff however responded quickly to our complaint and took care of it immediately. "

"Stay was darn good for the price. Only a few issues... we seemed an inconvenience when asking for ice, the party of younger people in the hitel got pretty loud and wild and pretty sure they oulled the fire alarm at 10:30 pm... no communication or anything from staff. Also, our bathtub drain did not latch super minor but felt like I couldnt mention it because we would be annoying. Kinda frustrating since Im an elite status and they knew as much. "

"Staff was nice and helpful. They had placed us in wrong type of room and clerk was able to fix quickly. The bed was fairly comfortable, the sheets appeared clean. The room looked clean and was spacious enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The only thing we didn't like was the herd of elephants or giants in the room above us. They ran, yelled, stomped, and bounced what felt like half the. Night. You do have to pay for parking but I knew this in advance from reading other reviews. "

"What a relaxing stay. Valet parked the car and enjoyed the fact everything is right there. On-site restaurant and bar were both; pleasant, upscale, and reasonable. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Staffing is hard these days; so service in restaurant at breakfast was pretty laid back; so was room cleanup. Regardless; I’m still giving 5 stars, because it’s a fine remodel and reimagining of the old Downtown Radisson Redick Hotel. Most don’t retain the full service restaurant...

"Love this hotel. However, they changed their signature scent. If you hadn’t been there before you’d think it was still lovely. For those of us who loved the previous signature (also, how does corporate you just change the signature scent?!?!) scent, it was so disappointing. Staff, as always, absolutely fantastic! Corporate, get a grip!"

"Ok, so I decided to get a room here for 2 nights to do a stay cation with my kids and husband. I booked the king suite with a hottub in the room. It seems like every hotel i find never has a hottub, so i finally found one with it in the room, Bonus!! The hotel itself smells good, overall clean and looks nice. The pool was cool. Plenty of room, it could be warmer since it is -10 and snowing outside but thats my opinion.. The area itself needs major improvements. The celing was falling apart and...
