"a nice little getaway- we had a studio so not very big so for a couple days it was great, but for a longer stay I would suggest a bigger space. The property was in excellent shape with snow cleared on all the walkways. trail to beach had some snow/ice but the 3 foot drop to the beach may need attention for anyone with any mobility issues. Quiet time was adhered to by other residents. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful little get away"

"Overall the place was great and we had an amazing time. The place is very clean, well equipped, and exactly as advertised. The little community of houses is very cute and there were a lot of friendly families around. The proximity to the mini golf was a favorite for our kids. The only call out I will make is that I believe it says an 8 minute walk to the beach but closest public beach (Rathtrevor Beach) is probably a 20+ minute walk for adults. "The town house was just like it shows in pictures. Very comfortable, well maintained and clean. The property was nice but there was no access to the beach. When asked at the office we were told they were working on it and we could use the resort next door to access the beach. It turns out the resort next door does not support this but was kind enough to allow us to use it during our stay. This did not reflect poorly on the accommodations, they were fantastic! "

"We spent a glorious three weeks at the Forest Hideaway. It was peaceful and quiet. Exactly what we needed after a very busy season in our lives. It was very clean and well appointed, everything we needed and more! We brought our 11-year-old dog for her last trip to the ocean, her favourite place on earth.
