"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

Não possui serviço de quarto diário, mas não nos faltou nada. Fomos muito bem atendidos. E mesmo chegando tarde, deixaram nossa chave e as instruções na porta principal. Apesar de ficar próximo a montanha, fica ainda perto de tudo. Andamos a pé por tudo."

"Excellent location. clean, relaxing. The staff was super attentive and always answered the phone. Every need was met and would highly recommend. Close to train station and main street of town. Directions were spot on and everything worked great. Will definitely stay again."

"Fantastic place to stay! We really felt at home in this chalet and could not have been more impressed with the amenities and the views. We took full advantage of the fireplace, the hot tub, the slide and the outdoor reclining chair. We even spent a rainy day cooking traditional Swiss recipes and playing board games. We could not have asked for anything more and really felt that this chalet was a huge player in our magical Swiss vacation!"

Direkt vom Chalet aus sind zahlreiche Wanderungen möglich, und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder."

"What a fabulous location and perfect apartment for a party of three. Spacious, clean and a deck with the amazing view of the Matterhorn. It was so easy to work with this property management, especially during a time when there was some challenges with weather in the Zermatt area. They were extremely commutative and ensured that our in Zermatt would be fabulous and it was Highly recommend location and apartment "

Amazing place!

"Amazing stay! Hotel team was very receptive and helped in everything even prior arriving. The room was very cozy and comfortable and the hotel was closer from everything. The breakfast also was really good and was served in front of the hotel. We will stay again when we return. Amazing experience there "
