"The staff is relly kind and attencious. They try to do their best to assist you. There are some rooms without window...They can be more calm because in front of the hotel there is noisy road. But this place is, in my opinion, the best option in the region. The hotel is clean, the facilities are simple but in good state."

"I arrived at the property just after 12noon, I was told ‘check in is after 1, can you please wait over there’ I can’t remember the last time I could not check in early (See my trip adviser review on Surat Marriott). "Room was very dirty and oldest bed with spring mattress . Very bad smell in entire hotel. I was stay on 1st floor. I had booked online twin room for 4 members,but they provided only 1 room with extra bed."

"Service was not good .Ac not working and fixed one temperature , reception is not responding to calls and fixing issue such as Tv in both room not working ; Even after several calls not attended by any one ... Door lock is not working in one room everytime have to ask for room service for opening the door seems they are not interested to repair it . Only restaurant food quality is good and location is nice . Overpriced , under staffed , mismanaged hotel."

"The resort is too old. Rooms r big but not well furnished.food for Room service is very limited . Resort is not maintain professionaly. They dont mind because of they r always booked. Somebody told me that their new resort named Gulmohar is good. But this old property is not worth. In a short u will stay in 4 star hotel or resorts for what this resort charge.cleanliness is also ok. "
