"Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. I know we'll be back again in the future x the week"

"dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...

Didn't realise we saw the owner many times outside the property, as was never made aparent to us that the chap working in the garages and using the shared drive was the person I had been communicating with for almost a year about our stay. I think most people would expect a 'hello I'm "x" the owner hope you enjoy your stay' or 'hi, I'm "x" who you've been speaking with on the app' or something along those...

"Ein wunderbarer Ort um den Dartmoore Nationalpark zu erkunden. Das Cottage bietet alles was man braucht und ist liebevoll und gemütlich mit vielen wunderschönen Details eingerichtet. Es ist geräumig, hell, mit eigener Terrasse und einem Whirlpool im Garten. Die Vermieter standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und hatten sehr hilfreiche Tipps und Geschichten aus der Region auf Lager. Und nach der Ankunft fanden wir selbstgemachte Scones mit clotted cream und Marmelade vor :)Man kann sogar helfen,...

"We had a fantastic stay in this great location, rural but really convenient for local towns and beach. The house was well equipped, clean and it was a lovely touch to arrive to supplies left by the owner who was really easy to reach and helpful. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, we'll be back!"

"Everything we needed for our short break car parking a bonus we never used the car . Ferry and bus close by train station in Teignmouth,and places to eat nearby . The cottage was lovely and clean with everything we needed for our stay."
