"O hotel possui uma bela infra-estrutura. Porém deixa a desejar na qualidade dos quartos. Móveis antigos, banheiros com aparência de sujos e bem antigos. Para quem vai utilizar as dependências do hotel, vale a pena. Para quem quer conforto no próprio quarto, nao recomendo. Até a televisão parece ter sido uma das primeiras tvs LCDs lançadas (sim LCD e nao led). Para um hotel da rede Mercure o quarto deixa muito a desejar. Nada a reclamar da piscina, spa e outros. Restaurante muito bom também! "

"14 June 2night stay greeted by hoist room clean parking good bed excellent hot water but slow to fill bath would have liked a bigger tv but only watched it a couple of hours over the stay met MR CASH at the second pub just a few minutes walk from our hotel made us extremely welcome good beer the customers showed us we’re to get bus into Newcastle big question would I stay hear again YES Would I recommend it. "This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people. The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices. Convenient...
