"Poor customer service, booked for two people but upon check out front desk forced us to pay INR 2000 for extra person. When confronted about charges front desk say I booked for one person but when we both entered in hotel they should have told us at that time. Really very embarrassing situation "

"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks .
