"Brilliant accommodation! Fantastic service. A very good restaurant; though I shouldn’t have to leave my building for the restaurant. The parking garage wasn’t bad but it was difficult to find a parking spot but the staff service was really helpful and nice. Overall our stay was very great. Thank you. We hope to be back!"

"I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially...

"Apparemment a 35m a pieds de old trafford Un arrêt de bus quasiment devant qui vous emmène dans le centre de manchester rapidement Nous avons récupéré nos clefs dans un coffre car il n y a pas de réception Je n ai pas l habitude de faire comme cela , mais tout a été tres facile et tres bien expliqué L appartement était propre Équipé d une cuisine Nous avons apprécié d avoir du café et du thé Je conseil ce logement sans hésiter "

"Lovely villa with back garden and front drive. Modern, clean and feels very homely! My children aged 4 and 7 loved it also."

"Property was actually lovely, really happy with the apartment. Unfortunately, we felt slightly unsafe most of the stay. The key lock box was opened whilst we were in the apartment making us feel anxious. No communication during this time sadly, after voicing concerns. Shower head was not attached in the bathroom which is just inconvenient. Fire alarms going off 8 times between 1am-2am resulting in no sleep and debating leaving the property at 2am. "

"Clean, nice amenities such as TV, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, cutleries, tea, sugar, milk, coffee etc. The only unpleasant thing is pub neighborhood which is too noisy in the night "

"The room was in a terrible condition with marks all over the walls, broken picture frames, stained sofa cushions, a window that was locked open, mould in the kitchen and bathroom, and a collapsed bed! There were no staff on hand to deal with our issues and Hotels.com could not reach them via their contact details either. We left the night we arrived and the hotel refused to issue a refund and kept our security deposit. Stay well away from this hotel!"

"Property was a bit tired in places. Overall cleanliness was good but public areas of building not so clean. Outside of property the large bins were full and overflowing. There are only about 3 parking spaces which were occupied by works vans. Not a good property if you have a car. Handy property for motorway. "

"My favorite thing about this property is the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. It was easy to get and is is a beautiful new estate. The rooms were spacious and clean. Overall, my children and I loved it. "
