"The chalet is very well appointed and in good condition. I liked the cosiness but with all the conveniences and appliances you might need. What I didn't like was the reliance on previous guests to make the place clean and ready for the next guests, with no obvious thorough check in between. In particular, the bed wasn't made up and it was very difficult to find the right sheets for the bed. "It's a good value cottage in a good location just a few minutes from National Park and close to Whakapapa. It could do with a good spring clean, but you can't argue the price. Previous guests could've done more to clean like empty the bins properly, but overall would recommend and the description was accurate! Thanks for having us."
