"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "

"O hotel é espetacular, muito limpo, os atendentes sempre muito cordiais, hotel novo, quarto bem grande. Alem do mais, minha reserva era de uma acomodação comum e para minha surpresa o atendente falou que me colocaria em um quarto executivo. Quanto a localização, é excelente para quem precisa do aeroporto de Southend, pois é ao lado do aeroporto."

"Does exactly what it says on the tin. On the seafront, 5 mins walk to the centre of town. Certain rooms have both sea views and a north facing balcony big enough to sit out on. Rooms on the small side but cosy and comfortable with a good shower. Good wi-fi. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Small first-come-first-served-after-1pm car park for guests, otherwise nearby municipal car parks of varying hourly charges (see Parkopedia). "This was an amazing demonstration of the best customer service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and attentive....with a special mention for the absolutely wonderful Jo. Gorgeous character inn with comfortable bedroom and plenty of peace and quiet. Right in the middle of what I described as the prettiest town centre in the UK"

"Uncomplicated, cozy and clean. The location is priceless with beautiful footpaths along the coast line. The town has also a nice local pub. Henry was very accommodating and provided suggestions of places to visit. Definitely recommend!"
