"We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

"Clean, warm and comfortable apartment. Kind and helpful staff, easy check in and out. Breakfast option is a bonus, but need to get in early, my favourite makovy pastry were running out quickly:) Pleasant stay, novy smokovec has lots to offer!"

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. "Séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel vieillissant très mal insonorisé. A cause des restrictions du Covid les raisons d'y venir, salle de sport, spa et autres étaient non disponibles malheureusement, il vaut donc mieux appeler avant de réserver. Sans ces atouts le prix est obsolète par rapport aux prestations fournies. "
