Le top. Le bateau est venu nous chercher endêvant l’hôtel et le guide Coconut Pit était incroyable. À recommander absolument. "

"one problem is the smell that permeates the air from a nearby sugar cane processing plant. It was very obnoxious, and drove us indoors. Loved the group meeting place, the yoga room, pool was indoors, but very nice. Excellent gym. comfortable and pleasant seating out of doors. Incredible staff"

"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"We arrived in the evening with another couple (we rented both Casitas) and there was only a key for one of them. Contacted the owner and they sent someone to bring the key to the other Casita about an hour later. The Casita had not been cleaned and we had to wait for it to be cleaned before we could bring our bags in. Needless to say after a long day of travel sitting in the covered porch area waiting for hours was frustrating. The Casita and grounds were as described. The Casita's themselves...

"Our stay at Villa Cayo exceeded expectations. We stayed in one of their separate guesthouses. Sitting on the comfy Adirondack chairs watching toucans eating fruit from the tree in front of our guesthouse was magical. The property faces west so watching the sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings was great. The guesthouse was very comfortable and impeccably cleaned. The kitchen was well equipped and included some basic seasonings to make cooking convenient. They provided soap, shampoo and...

"This property exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely beautiful. And the host was fantastic. Hadas set up our excursions for us and was always available to answer questions or get us a taxi into town. I highly recommend this property."

"The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. The pool was…. Not as clear as the pictures. The food from Jack at the bar was 10/10 phenomenal. I recommend the buffet and full English breakfast. The road coming up the hill is a little rough, but manageable. I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfy. Very relaxing."

"The listing does not show the cabana in question. As we were the only guests at the time, we were given the option of 2 different cabanas neither of which matched the pics in the in listing. The cabana we ended up with had 2 very tiny bedrooms with no place to put our luggage. The washroom needed upgrades as the shower head was hanging on for it's life. The cabana itself smelled extremely musty. The entire property could use repairs and upgrades: toilet seat falling off type of repairs. On the...

"We had a wonderful time in San Ignacio. The check in was simple and the house was clean. We booked our excursions through the owners and received a discount. Onil was our tour guide for all the excursions we did and he was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The pool was nice to lounge in after a full day of fun in the sun. "

"This place truly had it all Beautiful home and property- spacious and lovely environment to hang out inside or outside Wonderful staff- Elias and Betty were so kind and attentive, gave great recommendations, anticipated our needs and went above and beyond DELICIOUS food- seriously some of the best meals we’ve eaten, for every single meal. Cannot recommend this place enough! We hope to return soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town."

"Hotel com boa localização. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã básico. Tive problemas com falta de água quente durante toda a estadia. Na verdade até água fria havia pouca. Tive de tomar banho em um banheiro de uso comum, bastante sujo. Embora tenha solicitado o reparo no primeiro dia, não fui atendido. "
