"Nice hotel, rooms are big for English standards and very close to supermarket, shops, etc. Parking is not free but was charged only 5GBP for day, so that was ok. The only downside was that we were traveling with a lot of bags and they do not have an elevator, anyway, they have only 2 floors so we had to go only one flour up. Overall nice stay with no issues."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spacious, lots of choices for diners. Breakfast was buffet style, very varied and the view from the dining windows looked over the grounds. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Hotel muito antigo, o quarto estava limpo mas o carpete cheirava cigarro mesmo sendo de não fumante , o hotel estava vazio e colocaram a gente em um quarto virado pra rua. Barulho à noite toda , o quarto não tem vedação , o colchão deve ter uns 25 anos ... tudo limpo lençóis etc localização top , se não vai para dormir muito , melhor lugar da cidade "

"Stay was very enjoyable, the facilities were great, only issue we had was hairdryer was blowing cold air and there was not hot. After being in the spa/pool this was needed. Other than that we had a very good stay, will be returning "

"Christmas break to unwind and relax at this busy time and it was fantastic also sat looking at the moon outside in the jacuzzi which was extra special. The evening meal was delicious and couldn’t fault anything. A lovely breakfast the next day finishing off a perfect stay. Thank you all."

"I could not check-in using the electronic link I was sent. The check-in staff were very good, but there was a long wait at the bar on Saturday evening as there was no one staffing it, when he did arrive there were no apologies given. There were some parts of the hotel which seemed a little tired, the bathroom we had and the carpets in the corridors and on the stairs in particular. "

"Por ser muito antigo pode ser meio chocante. Como muitos deste tipo não tem elevador, vc sobe c suas malas, estacionamento .O carpete sujo e coco de pombos não ajudam"

"Hotel is good, next to Gloucester city centre. The room was ok, bathroom larger than in other hotels. Hotel was full, and breakfast was over-crowded. We had to sit on a small coffee table, and food was not enough for all the guests."

"Room looks to have been recently refurbed, very nice. Hallways a bit tired. All staff I met very friendly. Food in restaurant very good, but not much of a choice. Swimming pool and spa looks very nice, but didn’t get chance to use it."
