"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "

"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. The onsen downstairs was renovated whilst we were staying there and looks great, much more inviting. Access to the Hakuba Valley Shuttle just up the road, walkable. "Estivemos neste hotel durante o inverno. Apesar de ficar em uma região afastada nas montanhas, a localização é excelente, pois o acesso para as pistas de sky já é na porta do hotel. Dispõe de um onsen com vista para a neve. O jantar e o café da manhã foram muito bem servidos, com dezenas de opções no sistema all you can eat. O estilo do hotel também tem um charme especial. O hotel disponiliza um shuttle grátis da estação de trem mais próxima ou um transporte por ônibus pago da estação de Nagano...

"If you are looking for an easy access to the mountains at a good price it is the place to go. The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. We had a room w/out bathrooms so we used the common bathroom and it was very clean and organized, they provided you with towels, shampoo, conditioners and soap like any hotel bathroom would. They also have a laundry room where soap and dry sheets are available to be used for free. The only down size for me was the internet in my room was on and...

"This is a new hotel in Hakuba. The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has shuttle bus to Happo One and Hakuba 47. A rental store is right next to the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is very nice. We also walked around to explore the local restaurants. We had a very pleasant experience!"

"冬季期間飯店有提供長野車站往返各一班的接駁車，需提前預約（至慢4天前），也有去白馬五龍雪埸的接駁車，去返各二班，入住時跟櫃檯人員預約，而且雪埸有飯店的休息室，滑累了，有地方可以休息真的很棒。是我們沒有自駕的好選擇，更別提星野集團的優質服務和餐食"

"This is a very basic hotel, catering mostly to young Australian tourists. It is extremely conveniently located next to the Happo One gondola and several popular bars / restaurants. The rooms are clean and generally the staff were very helpful, but the physical state of the building and the smell of diesel fuel is a little off putting. The breakfast is very basic but in the hotel’s defence, everything was pretty much exactly as described and the price reflects the value you get here. "
