"The location was good but not user friendly for family stay. As mentionned kitchen, bathroom and toilet are seperate. But since the key needs to be collected in a hotel nearby, we changed to hotel and paid tje difference which is a nice gesture by the staff."

"No space to move. Shower cubicle encrusted with grime, basin without hot water, no toilet paper. Nobody available to assist with anything. Guests are given a contact number, but get hung up on if they ring it. On the plus side, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Seriously, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."

"We hebben t erg naar ons zin gehad. Mooi appartement alles aanwezig en vanaf deze locatie alles goed te bereiken zowel met auto als trein/boot. Heel handig dat er handdoeken aanwezig waren en regelmatig werden vernieuwd. Enige is dat t aan een wat drukke weg ligt. Klein minpuntje dat t erg warm werd in t huisje. Misschien een idee dat er zonwering wordt gemaakt op de dakramen of eventueel airco als de zomers zo warm blijven.blijven.."

"This location is a bit up the mountain (I'm sure it is fantastic for skiing but we visited in August). As such, it is away from the nutty tourist centre and the views are fantastic. The local bus service is super efficient and a brilliant way to get to the top if you do not want to hike the slope up. The flat itself is spacious and bright. It was amenable to self-catering, and had excellent laundry facilities."

"Everything was perfect about the property, centrally located, quiet, easy to get around and beautiful place and views. Getting there was a little challenging and the communication wasn’t timely. The coordinates given wouldn’t pinpoint the location and there was not any other information given. Luckily we found it just before dark. Otherwise it was perfect."

"We stayed at Nancy apartment for 2 nights we went to watch the lauberhorn Ski race. We loved the apartment and of course the wonderful view. The chalet was spacious, extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything that we needed, the bathroom had plenty of room and the bedrooms had a lot of hanging area and draws. Lauterbrunnen was a fantastic place and it was easy travelling in the immediate area and beyond. Nancy was very helpful before and during out stay. thank you Isabel"
