"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "We loved our stay at the Tuchmacher. The area is very lovely in the old town of the city and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping was on point. Please note, that no coffee machine or ironing board and iron were in the room. We would definitely stay again at the Tuchmacher."

"Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden, Ausstattung Sauberkeit und Service hervorragend. Haben Frühstück dazugebucht was wir nicht bereut haben. Nur keine Parkplätze, also sind wir zum Parkhaus. Lage sehr zentral in der Altstadt. "

"Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Von dort kann man einige Ziele zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Ort ist grün, ruhig und sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Wellnessbereich exzellent. Das Frühstück war lecker. "

"Leider wurden von expedia die angegebene personenzahl sowie das Alter (habe ich alles im antragsformular angegeben!) nicht übermittelt! Zum glück habe ich mich vorher telefonisch gemeldet, so dass das freundliche Personal noch Handtücher und Bettwäsche bereitstellen konnte!!!"

"Bom hotel, porém não tínhamos sabonete (líquido) no chuveiro (estava vazio) e o quarto não tinha frigobar. Hotel ficou um pouco longe do centro histórico. "
