"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"We had the best time at Villa Cayo! The cabin kitchen is very well equipped and we had the most comfortable bed. We saw all kinds of birds, every morning, even toucans! The property works better for guests with a car, but they'll assist you with transfers, tours and even taxi cabs. Virginia, Ken, Luis and each one we met at the property were wonderful! They make you feel very welcome! Great place if you're looking for a restful vacation! We can't wait to return to San Ignacio and stay here...

"This house in Santa Elena is so cool! Our family of 5 stayed here for three nights. The house itself is well maintained, very spacious and clean. The views around the property are gorgeous and the surroundings are lush and so peaceful. We had Consuelo cook for us one nights and it was the best as she prepared food and cleaned up everything after. We got to relax after a long day. And Consuelo is so sweet and helpful. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend! "

"The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. The pool was…. Not as clear as the pictures. The food from Jack at the bar was 10/10 phenomenal. I recommend the buffet and full English breakfast. The road coming up the hill is a little rough, but manageable. I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfy. Very relaxing."

"The listing does not show the cabana in question. As we were the only guests at the time, we were given the option of 2 different cabanas neither of which matched the pics in the in listing. The cabana we ended up with had 2 very tiny bedrooms with no place to put our luggage. The washroom needed upgrades as the shower head was hanging on for it's life. "This property exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely beautiful. And the host was fantastic. Hadas set up our excursions for us and was always available to answer questions or get us a taxi into town. I highly recommend this property."

"Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. "Since the time of the reservation, our host was very helpful, attentive, and thoughtful through the email communication. Even after the cancellation of the reservation due to the tropical storm Sara, she was very sweet, helpful and understanding!! I would definitely recommend her and her property."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mahogany Hall. They were so friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. They made sure that we were able to eat before our tours in the morning and even prepared our dinner a little early on the day of our arrival because we had not eaten. Cant say enough, it was so wonderful."

"This is a lovely comfortable home in a quiet area. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to downtown, restaurants, etc. I definitely recommend staying at this home."

"We had such a lovely stay at the treehouse. My cousin and I fell in love with the home the second we walked in the door. Tito met us there and gave us the lay of the land and many tips to get around. Catherine was so attentive and the connections to the trips and guides were spot on. We went on the Pine Ridge tour and did the ATM cave and were blown away by the beauty of the land and the knowledge of our guides. The home and activities combined made this a trip of a lifetime! "Hotel com boa localização. Quarto limpo e confortável. Café da manhã básico. Tive problemas com falta de água quente durante toda a estadia. Na verdade até água fria havia pouca. Tive de tomar banho em um banheiro de uso comum, bastante sujo. Embora tenha solicitado o reparo no primeiro dia, não fui atendido. "
