"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"Our family (5 adults, 1 toddler) rented the house for 4 days while vacationing in Belize, and it was a great experience, overall. The three bedroom setup worked well for our group, and each room had its own AC unit which was wonderful after a day out in the heat. The kitchen came with some basic items, including coffee, and the grocery stores were close by. We had two cars for the times we didn’t feel like walking, but most places we went to in the city were a 10-20 minute walk away. The cars...

"The hosts were so kind and thoughtful and their cooking was AMAZING!! The view into the jungle is indescribable and the room was the perfect size."

"This property is extremely clean and pleasant. I felt it was an excellent choice for the price. The above ground pool off a nice deck is clean and refreshing. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and comfortable with comfortable mattresses. The rest of the house is not air conditioned but has numerous fans. We did not have a car and walked into town but the walk back is uphill and we often got a cab or scheduled a ride back especially in the dark. "

"Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. We enjoyed our stay and there were plenty of places to eat and things to do. Everywhere we ate was very good. If you visit Belize don’t expect 5 star...

"Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). Comfy beds and pillows, cool A/C, lovely pool, beautiful views, all the comforts of home away from home. Stay here, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!!!"

"Had a great stay here. The home is very spacious and provides everything you could need while staying. The bedrooms are big, great AC and comfy beds. The owner Mark was super friendly and quick to answer any questions I had during my week stay. "

"This property is worth every penny. Close enough to San Ignacio that most tours picked me up for free or a small fee. I took a morning walk to the orchard, enjoyed incredible food at the on site restaurant, and everyone working there made us feel extremely well taken care of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. "

"Não é hotel para brasileiros. Sabe hotel precário de beira de estrada, então é pior um pouquinho. Instalações precárias, o teto é tipo de palha e cai uma sujeira em tudo (mala, roupas etc). Banheiro horroroso. Ficamos num dos bangalôs que tinha até um tamanho bom. Mas so isso de elogio. "
