"The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building...

"Our stay at Villa Cayo exceeded expectations. We stayed in one of their separate guesthouses. Sitting on the comfy Adirondack chairs watching toucans eating fruit from the tree in front of our guesthouse was magical. "This property exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely beautiful. And the host was fantastic. Hadas set up our excursions for us and was always available to answer questions or get us a taxi into town. I highly recommend this property."

"The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. The pool was…. Not as clear as the pictures. The food from Jack at the bar was 10/10 phenomenal. I recommend the buffet and full English breakfast. The road coming up the hill is a little rough, but manageable. I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfy. Very relaxing."

"The listing does not show the cabana in question. As we were the only guests at the time, we were given the option of 2 different cabanas neither of which matched the pics in the in listing. The cabana we ended up with had 2 very tiny bedrooms with no place to put our luggage. The washroom needed upgrades as the shower head was hanging on for it's life. "Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. "We had a wonderful time in San Ignacio. The check in was simple and the house was clean. We booked our excursions through the owners and received a discount. Onil was our tour guide for all the excursions we did and he was incredibly knowledgeable and fun. The pool was nice to lounge in after a full day of fun in the sun. "

"This place truly had it all Beautiful home and property- spacious and lovely environment to hang out inside or outside Wonderful staff- Elias and Betty were so kind and attentive, gave great recommendations, anticipated our needs and went above and beyond DELICIOUS food- seriously some of the best meals we’ve eaten, for every single meal. Cannot recommend this place enough! We hope to return soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town."

"The place was big, beautiful tile and wood work. No hot water, hard to find, no one to meet us, had to hunt down someone to open it. Stove did not work. Not enough blankets. Beds were uncomfortable. Neighbors were noisy until 2 p.m. Mortorcyles came by at 4:00 a.m. making a lot of noise. Would not stay there again."

"Areli did a wonderful job welcoming us and had the house clean. House has all the amenities you could want. Everything worked well. The property had mango trees and a barbecue area along the river. "We had a nice short stay. Place is close to town - walkable but dont attempt it midday - can be really hot. We had a couple of issues - fridge was very noisy - fan had to be replaced in the freezer. No hot water in the showers. It felt like the place was not checked before renting.. Samantha and Natasha were quick to respond and fix amost issues. "
