"The property owner and property manager were both very welcoming and very helpful for our stay on Caye Caulker. We would definitely come back!"

"At first , so hard to live as the VRBO listing does not show name of the Inn, at all. Nobody knew that address at all. We eventually found it with help of a local. Tough. Otherwise owner was super nice and friendly. Great spot, fairly rustic accomodarion with AC being an extra charge. "

"This is a beautiful property that was quiet, clean, and well stocked. It felt very safe, with a security guard present at night. Ester was helpful in booking anything you could possibly want (chefs, massages, excursions, transportation), and the groundskeepers made sure everything was immaculate outside. Our family of 6 (including four 18-year-olds celebrating graduation) was very comfortable there. We did experience some power outages that occurred across the entire island, but thankfully, they...

"This was a great place to stay -- very quiet, just a 10 minute drive to town and 30 minute golf cart ride to Secret Beach. Was booked with the thought the restaurant out front was still open but sadly that was not the case. Great communication with property manager. Even checked on us in the middle of the week to see if we needed anything."

"Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life."

"Staff was very pleasant, but communication was difficult at best. I would recommend future guests to make sure you have WhatsApp or you could feel very isolated. The room was very clean, but not what we expected. Pictures did not seem to be a realistic representation of the property. "

"This was a last minute booking. Booked less than 24hrs prior and got a fast response. Lovely apartment, very welcoming concierge and comfortable stay. Will return in the future. "

"We went for spring break and daughters 16th birthday trip. April 2024. We had never been to Belize but wanted a house and not in town. Well this is definitely not in town. 12 miles north along the coast, and secluded.(3 houses close by). House a little rustic but has AC and WiFi. Pool was nice to have though found couldn't really swim in ocean off deck. Was better to go up coast a bit. Having never been to Belize,we took 15 min flight to San Pedro and were greeted by Karen with our golf cart...

WORST STAY IN BELIZE

"WORST STAY IN BELIZE Terrible stay, dirty, they didn't clean our room one day, they didn't let us know that the hotel restaurant would be closed and we had no option for breakfast or dinner. The shower in the room was either too hot or too cold, terrible for taking a shower. To top it all off, when we arrived at the hotel there was no one at the reception and it was ONE PM on a Saturday afternoon. We waited almost half an hour in the sun until a security guard showed up to open the door. The next night (7pm) a guest arrived at the same time my friend and I arrived back at the hotel and what happened? The new guest ended up on the street because there was no one at the reception. Finally, the hotel manager (Franco) was super rude to us, treated me and my friend very badly and even raised his voice to the point of not even letting us use the hotel BATHROOM. Unfortunate, the worst stay of my life"

"Foi uma experiência fantástica. Atenção especial ao nosso atendente e que nos levou pra dar uma volta pela cidade, nos apresentando os pontos principais e nos dando dicas. Sem palavras pra agradecer o tanto quanto merece. Realmente o pessoal que trabalha lá foi o ponto alto da viagem. Muito obrigado. Quanto ao quarto, foi incrível por ser em cima d’água, com vista pro pôr do sol e estar uma região bem legal de San Pedro. Só podia ter café da manhã incluso"
