"Rooms clean and comfortable. A little attention to detail,by the management will make the good. Management forgot to send food from Gabs so staff had nothing to srve in restaurant. Staff need to be empowered to sort out basics like this. You will note by now, that staff try but failure lies at the owners door. Swimming is dry as water gets pumped for miles to the area. Make pool smaller and it might be feasible to fill. The overall place needs maintenance and care as its a bit run down. "

"Wow! Fantastic stay, superior staff, super friendly, and absolutely peaceful. The lodge is small, about 8 units, in the middle of a reserve with tranquility. The food was absolutely amazing. Animals on site and inspiring. Make a call to be let in the gate when you arrive."

"Bereits an der Hauptstraße B300 gibt es eine Beschilderung zur Lodge. Die ca. 70 km lange Anfahrt erfolgt über eine Sandpiste, die nur mit einem Allradfahrzeug zu bewältigen ist. Die Begrüßung war sehr persönlich und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die angebotenen Aktivitäten wurden sehr individuell durchgeführt. Die Ausstattung des Luxuszeltes war hervorragend. Alles super sauber. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Alle Getränke auch tagsüber waren inklusiv."

"This was our second visit to Deception Valley. We enjoyed our first visit so much we went back. The guides are very knowledgeable compared to some other camps we have visited and the trackers are outstanding. The walk with the Bushmen through the brush is truly a unique experience. We saw several species endemic to the Kalahari. The lodge coordinates with several charter services out of Maun making flight arrangements seamless. "Magadigadi Adventure Camp is a basic campsite. You knew that when you booked the accommodation, therfor you soild not expect more. Rather be thankful forcthe hot water and the basic shelter. It is affordable and from ther you can explore the Pans and the surrounding area. Thank you for the kind and helpful staff mebers on site."

"The two rooms we booked were fine. However, we completed the booking on "hotels.com" and reserved one room with 2 twin beds, which we learned the hotel did not offer. It took us over 30 minutes to check-in, because the reception desk clerk was not able to verify that I prepaid the room.
