"We came in on Wednesday night and stayed until Saturday. Everything was nice except the floors were not as clean as they could’ve been we had to wipe up syrup off the floor by the table after having stepped in it. But other than that it was quite nice. Love the front porch room loves the view of the water. we would stay there again and hope they clean the floors this time"

"The property was exactly as listed, and the host was accommodating, very easy to communicate. Good location, easy access to FSU, which we were visiting. A few miles from campus but not inconvenient. Beds were comfortable. Overall, the place was clean and odor free. We were pleased with the rental. My mother, who was my travel partner, has Parkinsons disease. This was a good place for her. "Dot is an amazing host! We evacuated here from Hurricane Milton but had an enjoyable visit. Highly recommend! Both beds and baths are upstairs and must climb incline and steps to get inside, so not recommended if stairs aren't easy for you. Otherwise a great place to stay!"
