"Great spot, great house, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. Small hot tub a few maintenance issues"

"We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...

"Loved having bathrooms for every bedroom. We had six to eight people in the house at any time and we were never cramped. Lots of space to hide away and read a book. I was surprised to find chairs for the beach which I must have missed when I looked earlier. Great time watching the sunrise. We would love to return one day!"

"We had a nice stay at Cape Bottom. It was in a good location, comfortable, and is pet friendly. The home was clean and provided the basics. "

"Everything we needed besides food, is there! The place is exactly as it is shown. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The private balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise as you so your morning beverage. Easy access to the beach, and again, everything you need is provided. you need"

"We got to stay in the upgraded condos! They were beautiful! I had never stayed in the A and B side! Each of one of us had basically an apartment to ourselves. "

"The property owners were easy to work with and very responsive. The property has everything you need and the community pool was well maintained. The location was perfect with tons of restaurants and activities, and a quick drive to the beach access. We would definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your home!"

"This was an interesting place to stay. It depends on what you are looking for in a vacation housing location. This place is a converted garage unit turned into a one room condo. It was clean and was not as bad as it sounds. This unit was in a complex of multiple buildings and is in the middle of about 6 other places to stay. They did a very nice job converting it so it is pleasant and comfortable. It lacks windows, with the obvious downside of not being able to look out, but the upside of not...

"We come down for two weeks and the house is always perfect and the weather did not disappoint. Thank you!!!"

"Three 50/60 something couples (with two dogs) got together for our annual reunion. Mid-October 24. The house did great for our event but would work well for a family trip as well. The place was very clean when we got there. Communication was great with homeowner/manager. The exterior of the house and the downstairs could use some attention.
