"Excellent service and very friendly staff. Breakfast service person engaged everyone and made sure people had everything they needed. Even provided scissors to snip those nasty packets of syrup and hot sauce that you can't open without great difficulty. Desk person went above and beyond for service. I forgot 6 postcards in my room and she tracked down housekeeping,they found the postcards and offered to mail them. "

"We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. It took several minutes to get a representative from Expedia, but as soon as I did, my issue was resolved quickly and professionally by both the Expedia...

"The staff was very helpful in obtaining a room that had come handicapped assistance items. The walk in showers were excellent but no grab bars. There was renovation of rooms underway. Nail guns at 7:00 am in the adjoining room were a minor annoyance."
