"Excellent hotel stay. The front desk staff of Melody and Cesa were super helpful, professional, and made our check-in a breeze. The room was really really clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hot water in the shower made the room perfect for us. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with many choices of hot foods, fruits, and juices. The hotel is located near the malls, restaurants, and a wonderful bakery/cafe next door. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone...

"Very conveniently located close to SM mall, major hospitals , a great arcade with restaurants and cafes. It’s a safe and central area. The hotel is very clean(they make up the rooms daily and change the linens and towels everyday), peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful (we needed an iron for our clothes and a boiler and they provided it quickly). The price is also honest and matching the overall quality of the hotel. "It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused."
