"I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. The stairs going up to the house...

"Fabulous location, fabulous huge property!! Very clean and had everything we needed and more !! We had 4 in our party 1 couple and 2 singles .. the pictures really don’t do the property justice and the value for money was outstanding!! We would definitely go again ..!!! Loved everything about it!! And the area was soo beautiful and Very Spanish.. definite bonus .. the host Sgur was extremely helpful and the house manager Graham was excellent at his job and extremely friendly!! "

"Alles Bestens. Superlage und Ausstattung des Hauses wie beschrieben. Ja, man benötigt ein Auto - dies ist sowieso sinnvoll, da der Ort ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach Granada und Malaga bzw. in die nähere Umgebung ist. Supermärkte im Ort und leicht zu finden ... Für's Baden im Mittelmeer was das Wasser schon etwas kalt, dafür hatten wir ja den beheizten Pool ... und dennoch auch schöne Strandtage verlebt ... Sollten wir wieder in die Region kommen, dann sehr gerne wieder! Beste Grüße...

"Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise ein tadelloser Service. Alles war wie beschrieben, traumhaftes Haus, alles vorgefunden wie abgesprochen, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, tadellos sauberes und sehr gepflegtes Anwesen, bei Rückfragen umgehende Kommunikation und das Haus selbst noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ein unfassbar schöner Aufenthalt und bereits im Februar werden wir wieder vor Ort sein. Gebucht ist bereits die nächste Villa :-)"

"The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc"

"The villa was fantastic, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the views were awesome. Plenty of places to visit locally, and Almunecar was a very nice town. Antonio met us on arrival and showed us around, and explained how everything worked. Excellent welcome pack, the best we have ever had. All in all we had a very enjoyable week. "

"We absolutely loved the house. Although its a bumpy ride up the hill, it’s beautifully located in the mountains surrounded with mango and orange trees. We enjoyed swimming and using the outdoor kitchen. We even made pizza in the pizza oven. We hope to be back some time!"

Impressive tropical garden surrounds the house, outdoor space to eat under the plants, swimming pool, convenient access to the beach in 12 minutes on foot, well-equipped kitchen and fresh and comfortable rooms. "Wir wurden sehr herzlichst von Santiago empfangen. Allgemein war die Kommunikation sehr angenehm mit Dolores und Santiago. Sie waren stets hilfsbereit. Internet hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Einrichtung des Appartments ist vollständig. Es gab viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und auch schöne Ecken um im Garten oder auf der Terrasse zu verweilen. Das Beste am Aufenthalt war der Pool und der atemberaubende Blick aufs Meer. Auch wir haben Delfine gesehen. Wenn wir das Auto nicht nutzen wollten, war...

"Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. La maison est très bien, l'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les environs... La vue imprenable sur la mer est dépaysante et reposante. Le quartier est calme. Tout le nécessaire est inclus dans la maison. Le propriétaire et son fils sont très à l'écoute et répondent raidement et efficacement aux petits soucis rencontrés. Nous avons passé avec nos enfants de très belles vacances. "
