The provided shampoos and soaps are also high quality. Customer service on my first few stays was exceptional, but this time I'd say it was average. I wish the lobby provided tea and not just coffee--and a hot tub would've been great on the chilly desert night. Also, no microwave in the room is super annoying--when going out to dinner, it...
