"I was immediately impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property. We enjoyed the fact that it was all on the same level which was helpful with small children being able to stay in the bedroom right next to ours. Unit was equipped with everything we needed and enjoyed some of the board games that were available. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Top notch!"

"There is a shuttle bus stop just outside the property, so very convenient to the three Lodges if you don’t want to drive by yourself. The condo is well equipped with almost everything you need, especially the kitchen. Only that the fridge made noises, which made me awake frequently at night. Need to check and fix."

"Five night stay. Loved the comfortable king size bed. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The host was very responsive. The 2 1/2 flights of stairs were fine except when we schlepped things in and out. It was nice to have a garage, especially this time of year when pinecones are falling. It’s a quiet neighborhood but we could sometimes hear footsteps in the unit above us.Not a big deal. Easy access to all the many walking/biking trails in Mammoth. Walking distance to the Village."

"My short summertime visit to Mammoth was made very comfortable in this condo. Although the weather was quite warm (87F) and there was no AC, the condo was nice and cool at night. The ceiling fans and the standing fan did a great job. Everything worked well. I was especially grateful for the ice maker!"

"Love Kerry & Guy's unit. We have rented a lot of different condos in Mammoth area. The location is much quieter than the village or Juniper. The unit is nicely updated, clean & well furnished. No pets allowed is a huge plus for our allergies. Really appreciate the nicely equipped kitchen and new appliances. The foam mattress is super comfortable & supportive. Moving this to the top of our list for places to stay in Mammoth.Thanks to the hosts for all the wonderuflly little touches."
