The host Annette was great to work with - very responsive and helpful with all details for our stay once we booked. We would have appreciated the place being cleaner when we arrived. There was a vaccum available which I used to clean the floors/carpet, so that was helpful. Unfortunately, the primary bedroom's balcony was not usable due to the uncleanliness issues, but the views of Lake...
