"We are grateful for a warm stay at the cottage with nearby access to the Spirit of the Suwanee Music Park during a very cold weekend! No snow, but a hard frost. Glad to find a rental that supports a family who has local roots in and care for the area. "

"My boyfriend and I travelled up from north Florida to this amazing cottage for a little weekend getaway. The home was spectacular! Had the coziness of an old historic home with all the modern conveniences. Rachel proactively communicated every detail on check in/ out , which was so helpful. Responded to other questions/ messages promptly. Would definitely go back !"

"We rented this home to attend the Suwannee Spring Festival with our Florida friends. The home was at a great location to do that and provided us with the quiet restful nights we were looking for during our vacation. We will definitely stay again."

"Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Relaxing and fun for the whole family. Views are picturesque during the day. Host is very responsive. Drive to the house is adventurous with the dirt roads. Decking in need of small repairs, slippery when wet and icy. Front door lock took getting use to. Overall, 9 out of 10, definitely recommend "

"I really enjoyed the property. It was perfect for two guests."

"I picked the home because of the large screened porch. And it did not disappoint; peaceful and comfy. I spent hours out there with a book. We were surprised to learn the house is mostly underground which makes it quite unique. We were also surprised to find the on-property gun range and out door gym. Be sure to check out all the springs located nearby. And finally, the owners and property managers were very responsive and helpful. "

"We had a group of men staying in Valdosta to help with Samaritan's Purse disaster relief and needed a place to stay at night. The place was nice and clean. There isn't a hot tub so that may need to be taken off the listing. It's an older house that's been added on to over the years. the kitchen gear is minimal but it everything worked. It's in a quiet and nice neighborhood and the grounds seem to be kept up. Overall, it worked for us and Orlando was a good host."

"Perfect is the word for this home. Cleanliness, beauty, fun, peace, great location and perfect function are all wrapped up together here with by far the most kind and gracious owner I have ever come into contact with. And if all that is not enough you can bring your dogs! This is the most dog friendly home I have ever seen.There is truly something for everyone here. Anything you could need is available in the home. It is so beautiful inside and out. The pool area is wonderfully laid out to be...
