"Could of used a better dusting and cleaning around the beds. Sheets had holes. Bed was comfortable. Hot was was a pleasant supprise. Very clean pool area. Needed better staffing. All in all a pleasurable stay."

"The property was contactless, there was no concierge or visible staff. It was a strange experience, like kiosks at McDonalds except with customer service done by text message. The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it. "

"Bed was comfortable. Hotel in general was clean and welcoming. The pool temp was perfect. The hot tub jets are kind of all over the place, not like typical hot tub jets. Breakfast was mediocre. Either the cereal or the milk tasted off; even with use by dates farther away. Waffles were good. No protein options, was really hoping for some bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, the omelets...something to go with my waffle. They had biscuits and gravy but im not a fan of that personally. Bedding was clean...

"The resort was very accommodating. Our room had a lake view and we had easy access to the beach. Staff was friendly and our room was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend and I will look to stay here on our next visit to Traverse City!"
