"Enjoyed staying in a 1 bedroom condo and having a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and condo was very clean. Area was safe and quiet. Area was very walkable and lots of activities nearby. I was there for a performance at the Luminary Arts Center and it was an easy walk to get to the theater. Simple code access entry (no keys needed) and great communication with office."

"Great property! Was everything we needed. The lower level was perfect for my son and his family...like a mini apartment. So close to my daughter too! We will definitely be using this as home away from home on our next visit...Thanks!!"

"I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. I will caveat that with the temperatures outside being in the negatives. Overall the beds were very comfortable and we had enough space to talk and the kids had...

"Wonderful place to stay for two people. Short walk to restaurants and grocery store. Close to the lake and park. The fire pit out back is a great place to sit with lots of privacy. The Nook is a cute extra space to use. "

"Our stay this time was a little bit of a struggle, due to frozen and burst pipes! In addition, the dishwasher hadn't been emptied from the last renters, and the oven had not been cleaned in quite awhile. However, Alex, the owner, was extremely responsive, as always, and we certainly will return for future visits."

"We had a group of 8 and it was nice that 3 of the bedrooms held queen beds and the other had a king. The table was big enough to hold us and it had all the cooking supplies we needed to be able make some meals. The property manager was very helpful and answered any question I had in a timely manner. "

"We went down for a funeral. The house was large enough to accommodate family coming in to visit from different parts of the state. Although they did not stay with us, it was great to have a central location. This was our 2nd time staying at this home and it will always be our home away from Dallas, TX to Minnesota. The location is great, and neighborhood is very quiet. The owner Steve has very good communication skills, he responded and was available upon our request. Steve made a special visit...
