"The good things about this unit, it sits steps from the beach, has lovely views of the surf from multiple windows, it is very open with great lighting, great seating for reading or watching TV, nice dishwasher, stove and refrigerator, lovely dinnerware. The bad things, although the listing says everything is new, there were many things not in good shape. The counters in the kitchen are in desperate need of replacing. I misread the description, thought it said there was stainless steel cookware...

"From booking forward, Ashley was great to deal with. She’s got some of the best checkin & checkout docs I’ve seen and she communicated with us throughout our stay. The unit is at the far end of the Barrier Dunes complex and directly faces the water; it’s the second of four units in the building when you approach. We prefer the north end of the peninsula so this is the perfect location for us, quick access to the state park on foot via the beach or in your car. The condo was extremely clean &...

"There were 5 of us and our dog, Ramona! We had the best time and the place was huge! Loved the 3rd floor kitchen with the living rooms on either side! We enjoyed coffee on the 3rd deck each morning and the walk to the beach was quick and easy for us all. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we have already booked it again for next Summer!"

"If you don’t mind stairs this is a great place to relax and enjoy the waves, dolphins and sunsets. It is a very comfortable property but it is at the waters edge. There is no beach in front of the property just a sea wall however the beach is extremely close by. We enjoyed our time there."

"This is a very nice property that needed some TLC. The pool area especially needed attention. We pulled weeds that were grown up, threw away broken beach toys left in a heap and hosed the outside area down. We checked in on Saturday and found the pool filter did not work until Wednesday. The kitchen was lovely, just completely unorganized. The grill pan was so dirty that it caught fire and burned our Father’s Day steaks. The maintenance service was awesome! They came quickly when our upstairs...

"We loved staying at this cute little cottage for our Valentine’s weekend getaway. Very close to downtown. We rode our bikes into town with no problem. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated the choice of a Keurig or a regular coffee maker. There were available k cups, coffee filters, sugar packets, and even a bowl of individual creamers in the fridge. A big plus for a coffee drinker like me! Thanks for a wonderful stay! "

"This was our second visit to this house. Had everything we needed for our large group. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The worse part are the stairs. They are the only reason we won’t be renting this house again. They were a little too much for some of us. "

"Nice sized house -rooms enough for our 2 children and my mother-first pic on add gives impression of being beachfront which was a letdown but if I had read through complete add I would have seen that -add is put together to give that impression tho-it is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach with a semi private backyard -well satisfied and communication with host was 5 stars !"
