"The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. "

"Went down to Crystal River with a great friend to explore the fishing and scalloping on a last minute fishing trip. This place is perfect for two travelers. We each got our own room and shared the bathroom. There was enough room to park our truck and boat. Good location off of a main strip. Our host had great communication and even left some donuts for us during check in that came in handy when we were out on the water."

"This property had TONS of space inside, nice open area which was perfect for our large extended family. The kids lived in the pool for the 4 days we were there! The location is perfect making it easy to just jump on our boat and head out for the day. We will definitely stay at Manatee Manor again! Thanks Chris! "

"The Mermaid House is Awesome! It has everything you need and then some! The pool is wonderful, crystal clear with an abundance of pool floats and toys! The beds are very comfortable. The driveway has plenty of room for our trailer and 3 vehicles. The ice machine is a big plus! This owner goes all out with entertainment for children. The two floating docks are very easy to access! We really can appreciate the care the owner takes in making your stay enjoyable! "

"We truly need enjoyed our week at this home. The view is beautiful and most of the week it was quiet and peaceful. During the weekend there was a lot of boat traffic but we enjoyed watching that too! "This property is fantastic. We will be back!"

"We stayed for a week. So much to do so much fun. The kids never wanted to leave the property. We swam with manatees, paddleboarded, kayaked, fished ,crabbed, went boat riding, ate only one night out at the Margaritta Grill..it is a must do. And came home exhausted, but so full of memeories made! Justin is amazing and so very nice, the house is in a perfect spot even for 4th of july crowds. Thank you for sharing your home!"
