"First, the good: the guy who checked us in- he was quick and nice. The rest: the guest hallways on our floor (4th) stunk like weed and I don't know what. When we got in our room, the floor was damp and tje fam was going full blast. The room had a weird smell. We got in with our 2 young children at 11p and had to get up earlier so we decided to "tough it out" and hope whatever was going on would.resolve itself. In the morning, still damp. Still funky. We went to our event and got back...

"The stay was what I needed as a low cost alternative for an overnight stay. In fact it was better than most comparable hotels. "

"I will never stay there again. The laundry facilities did not work. There’s no refrigerator or microwave not even in the office that you can use. The ice machine ice gave me a sore throat. The sheets were dirty with cigarette burns in it and they only give you a sliver of soap."

"The air-conditioning unit sounded like a harley davidson when running. Now cold air on top of it. They also said no acceptable room was avaliable like the one we booked. We had to get a refund and book at holiday inn across road. Very disappointed after driving 6 hours and ready for rest."

"The service and people are really great. We loved the breakfast. Our girls were given a treat bag by a sweet staff member who stated they were respectful during breakfast. Everything was super clean. The adjoining rooms are limited so we didn’t get one. There is no hot tub that is pictured. Other than that, it was great!"

"Staff was EXTREMELY helpful and pleasant, especially Ben and Nicole!! Lovely breakfast options. Good was fresh and well organized. The lobby is GORGEOUS! Seems to have been renovated recently. Makes the hotel seem "new." However, the rooms are clearly not renovated. Hopefully this is in the works soon. "

"A quien pueda interesarle Refente a la Habitacion tenia un olor muy mal a humedad la limpieza mejor lo hago yo en mi casa lo unico bien echo fueron las camas de ahi afuera lo demas sucio se entiende que el precio esta muy bien (Economico) pero como es posible que le tengan un sueldo a personas que realicen limpieza y no hagan nada de eso como se debe. Otra cosa reporte dos veces que no tenia agua CALIENTE en la habitacion la excusa fue que no tenia ningun personal de mantenimiento al momento… OK...

"Very stuffy room with an odd smell but like whatever im on a budget. pool was green which was a bummer in the email i received it said check out was just “before noon” and the lady from the front desk was knocking on our door at 11:30 saying she’s giving us ten minutes to get out. i entirely understand like needing us to be out before check out but the attitude was lowkey unnecessary"
