"Very quiet neighborhood. House is excellent for large families. Kids would love the lower level bunk room. Their own bathroom too. Parents don’t have to share. Great location with short drive to State Park Marina and Orleans Trail Marina."

"There are three rooms and one with bunk beds so plan accordingly. The mattresses on the full size beds in the 2 larger bedrooms are soooo comfy it’s relaxing after a busy day out. "We needed a place to stay to for the Sac River Music Fest in nearby Caplinger Mills This was perfect for our group of 6. The weekend was HOT and the AC worked great. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. "
