"This cozy home was perfect for my coaches & I that were in town for a lacrosse tourney @ the Naval Academy. This home is literally less than 100 steps from the gate of the Naval Base and same distance to dowtown Annapolis city docks, diming, shopping and sight-seeing. We will defintely be back! Thanks John!!"

"Our group had an amazing time staying on this property. There are many areas inside the house as well as outside the house where you can gather with family and friends. It was very quick and easy to order Ubers/lyfts to the downtow Annapolis area whenever we needed. The house is also convientely located near a small shaping center less than a mile away. We would highly recommend this property!"

"Wonderful location to downtown Annapolis! Beautiful home, well maintained and plenty of room. The porch overlooking the bay has a table for 10 which provided a wonderful setting for our family. This is our second stay and we’ll absolutely stay again "

"We only stayed one night but the house was perfect for our needs. The main family room/kitchen area was perfect for all of us to comfortably sit together, and the bedroom layout was great for two families (two “wings”). The hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Would just suggest two hairdryers (one in each bathroom - if there was a second, we did not see it) and shower soap. The bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and everything went smoothly. "

"My husband and I stayed here with our two kids for his reunion weekend and it did not disappoint. The apartment is conveniently located right outside of Gate 1 and so close to the all of the downtown offerings. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Enjoyed the location and proximity to the city. Water view and firepit enjoyable. Disappointed that the dock and kayaks not easily accessible. House needs some tlc (we provided a list of easy repairs/maintenance needed.) Love to know why the ceiling fans and lights go on and off randomly."

"The groomsmen and their families attending my daughter's nearby wedding stayed at this spectacular property. I heard nothing but high praise for its beauty, amenities, and comfort. So glad this all worked out for the dates we needed it for!"

"The Bennett House not only lived up to its pictures online, the cleanliness, abundance of extra special touches, communication with the host, and more surpassed our expectations. The beds were extra comfy, the kitchen, fully stocked, the bathrooms, adorned with the fluffiest white towels and extra toiletries . . . and I can't say enough about the front porch. Even though clouds cloaked the sky when we arrived and when we left, sunshine streamed through our Annapolis trip because of the Bennett...

"Limited living room seating for family of 5"

"Very cozy and clean. Beautiful surroundings with direct view of the water. "

"We had never visited Annapolis before, but my husband found this on VRBO, and it was everything it advertised. Super central location; steps from the state house; a very short walk to the waterfront; and not a terribly long walk to the Eastport neighborhood. The apartment is small but comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice touches like toiletries, water bottles, snacks and two splits of chilled prosecco in the fridge! Annapolis was a fun town to explore and if we go back, I’d stay here again."

"My husband and son really loved their stay at Pat & Ken's VRBO house! They enjoyed going on walks around the neighborhood, visiting the local restaurants, and sitting in the hot tub. It was perfect for our family. Pat & Ken are such gracious hosts, and we will definitely stay here again!"

"A banheira estava suja e entupida, tornando a experiência do banho ruim, e o banheiro era mal iluminado, o que aumentou o desconforto. Além disso, o assento da privada estava quebrado, e não havia travesseiros extras disponíveis, o que prejudicou ainda mais a experiência."
