"Wonderful property with great staff that is ready to help you with anything you need! Very clean. Amazing location. The unit with the hot tub was fun to have on rainy days. "

"The hotel is the center of the village thus not accessible by car, though you can park about 3min away. Our apartment was on a second floor with no elevator and very quirky decorated. Not the best window shades and the church (with its bell) is quite close. The breakfast was rather simple but then again inexpensive. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and included a reasonable discount. All in all a good small hotel."

"Der Urlaub am Comer See in Nesso war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend, sehr groß und vor allem der Ausblick von der Terrasse, wo wir gefrühstückt und abends gesessen haben, ist phantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit John (Eigentümer) und Djego (Cousin un Ansprechpartner vor Ort) war völlig entspannt. Dank der guten Busverbindung (Bushaltestelle mit kleinem Café unmittelbar vor dem Grundstück) nach Como und Bellagio mit Anschluss an Fähre und sonstigen Bootstouren haben wir das Auto bis zur...

"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

What others have stated is true: If you want to experience Lake Como from an actual neighborhood, look no further. But the most wonderful thing about this property is the host, Giulia. She is a fabulous communicator with a warm and generous heart. We had an emergency situation during our stay and Giulia went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok. "I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!"

"We loved our stay at this property. Hosts were very helpful and the veranda was just beautiful. Too bad the weather was not better to enjoy it. Apartment is very comfortable. We had lots of space for the four of us to relax. Property is very close to the ferry station too."
