"Good location, friendly staff. Included breakfast could be better (more muffins/softer bagels) but has 2 bagel makers, cereal, yogurt, sausage, and eggs. Watered down OJ and applejuice was mixed with cranberry. Pool could be warmer and larger and I believe is only 5 feet deep at the most but it was open as was the hot tub. Rooms and the hotel in general are clean. No issues during my stay."

"Staff was EXTREMELY welcoming, accommodating, kind, and respectful for my needs with my service dog, my daughter, and myself. We came in for business for my service dog and thought went in to giving me a perfect accessable room for my needs and the fact I use a walker as well. I was treated with respect the entire visit and never felt differently for my disability. I highly recommend Tru for anyone looking for an accessibility friendly place. "The heat was not turned on in the room before our arrival therefore it was quite cold in the room. We stripped the second bed for covers and put the sheet on the tile floor to keep our feet from freezing in the bathroom. After about 18 hours everything was great! Breakfast and the hotel employees were excellent!"
