About location: by the river, 2 or 3 blocks from major stores downtown, but the area itself, for some reason, is desert - hard to find a soul in the streets, right in downtown. The hotel itself looks dated specially in the corridors but the room looked new, renovated, very spacious, with a fridge and coffee machine, free coffee...

One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....
