"Loved the property and the hosts. Perfect place for us to research genealogy for Clay, Nicholas, and Braxton counties. This was a very hot week so my only suggestion is to install window AC units in the upstairs bedrooms because it was very difficult to sleep at night with the only AC unit upstairs being in the upstairs bathroom."

"My family & I had a great time. Everything we needed was provided & communication with the property owner was fabulous. My only suggestion would be to invest in new mattresses for the bedroom & sleeper sofa. "
