"The only downfall to this hotel is the walking distance you have to do from where you park then the walk uphill to the hotel. I have breathing issues,. Thank goodness they have a sitting area once you get in to rest.before going onto your room. A suggestion maybe have a valet."

"If rustic charm is on your bucket list, the Kittle House is brimming it….older floorboards, wooden beams, and a copper ceiling in the taproom. There are modern amenities alongside older fixtures….that plumbing (3/4”?) provides a powerful shower! We stayed during the holidays, and the inn was decorated beautifully. Continental breakfast included. This hotel services an area in Westchester that has few options for lodgings. Fortunately, this inn is a wonderful option."

"We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. "

"Very clean and nicely appointed, good neighborhood, close to amenities. "

"So clean and fresh! Comfortable beds, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Excellent communication even when we messaged late due to delayed flights. Great AC. Plenty of good lighting and mirrors for 4 ladies to get ready for a formaloccasion. "

"This is our second stay at Maria's property. We love the location to the quaint town of Croton-on-Hudson, other towns in the vicinity and NYC. The apartment is nicely appointed and had everything we needed. It was a nice touch to have coffee supplies available since we had a late arrival and could not grocery shop until the next day. "The property was exactly as described in VRBO; nothing fancy but just fine. The add-on for "insurance" made the unit unnecessarily expensive (in my case anyway). You also might consider adding pasteurized 1/2 & 1/2 that doesn't require refrigeration & dark roast for coffee drinkers to the Keurig cabinet. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and help. "The property worked well for our family and everything went smoothly. My only complaint is that the highway is quite close and the noise is not what I'd have liked to hear while drifting off to sleep. Obviously there is nothing that can be done about this....just fair warning for those thinking of staying."

"The property is lovely and the home spacious. Unfortunately we found the home not to be maintained well or properly cleaned. There was significant mold in the master bath shower, dirty and torn upholstery, stained sheets and rugs, dirty pots and pans, dirty shelves, holes in walls, hanging fixtures, dirty bug filled window sills, loose faucets, non working tub sprayer, dirty outdoor furniture and many more issues.
