"The property had so many amenities not found at other VRBOs, the view was amazing, it really made our Thanksgiving special. Would highly recommend. "

"This is our 2nd stay at the property and we enjoyed our time. So much so we're hoping to book it again very soon. It was easy to stay in contact with the owner, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, the temperature of the property was comfortable. Only suggestions I might add is a small curtain on the upstairs door, a can opener and that's really it that I can think of now. Again this was our 2nd stay and it will not be our last. p"

"As noted above, the location and property description were great. There was an issue with the wifi though, which caused too much communication with the owner and manager. We initially were not provided the router name and there were 20 networks available. Second, the password did not work (from any of our 4 devices). "We wanted a house that was comfortable for our family and convenient to RIT. This home was both. It is a very clean home with a good layout and great amenities--hot tub and pool, even though it was too cold for the pool. We highly recommend the home for your trip to Rochester."

"Needed a place to stay when I was in Rochester for a wedding. This apartment was less than 10 minutes from our venue and could accommodate our group of 4 with two very comfortable bedrooms. Each room had its own A/C unit, which was perfect for the heat wave we had over that weekend. We also loved the full kitchen and open living/dining room space. "Rented this for my daughter’s wedding party. They were very happy with the place. It was spacious and very clean. Large circular driveway. Location was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Ankit the owner, was very responsive to a few questions we have. I would highly recommend for a large group stay."

"The owner was very accommodating, very good communication. Wonderful older farm house that is typical for the area. I would say some of the window blinds need replacing and the traffic during the day is fast but plenty of yard for our doggie to play. Overall graet place for a relaxing stay. We will be back!"
